Atka is a tall, thickly built Inuit man. His shoulders are wide and his chest broad, arms muscled and thick to suggest being a hard laborer. Atka's skin is a olive brown, tanned from days spent in the wilderness and under the sun. On a face that's all ridges and angles, two dark brown eyes are set above a hooked nose and square jaw; often covered in stubble. He doesn't speak very good English, choosing to talk to his sled team in his native language more times then not. He's kind with his dogs but very firm with how he treats them and with the orders he gives.

Team History: The Kinguyakkii are better known as The Kings. They were one of the first sled teams formed when racing became an organized sport. Before they were a team, Atka used his sled dogs to haul goods from Nome to surrounding towns. They've braved the wilderness on many occasion and are known to spend weeks at a time out in the wild with their master. The Kings are one of Nome's top sled teams, a force to be wary of in the racing world.
